HoYayyayay!!!
Oct. 9th, 2003 12:00 pmI really don't like my dermatologist. She's condescending and she never smiles, and she charges me for every little thing.
Remember the missing Jimmy Eat World album from my MP3 CD? Well I had it on shuffle today and guess what came on. Suddenly it's back on the menu again. But my Telepopmusik track is still hiding. Really weird.
But enough about my life. Let's get to what's important here.
CLEX!
It's back in full effect on Smallville! (And let's keep those gratuitous Tom Welling crotch shots coming, guys.) But seriously, what is with everyone being in love with their mortal enemy on this show? Did anyone else think Lionel Luthor and Morgan Edge were going to start making out? This episode was just wonderful. The soaring music as Clark and Lex ran into each other's arms upon being reunited. Lex all but asking the Kents for Clark's hand in marriage (he asked to be considered a member of the family) and Clark with his adorable snaggletooth grin. HoYay indeed! Good times, good times. Even if they did end the episode once again with Clark and Lana, to Dido's "White Flag", at least he was *dumping* the bitch. I know it won't last, but I keep praying the writers will realize that nobody friggin' cares about Lana.
Now for Angel. Why cut out the moment where Buffy tells Spike she loves him? Wouldn't showing that add even more to the Angel/Spike drama? How can Spike sit on furniture and walk on floors if he's a ghost? I know, I shouldn't do this to myself.
Tomorrow morning I get cable installed! And just in time for the Queer Eye marathon! It's the little things. :-)
