Howard Dean thing

I must admit I have not been following the presidential candidates at all and so I don't know very much about anyone, but my mom just forwarded me this thing about Howard Dean that I found a bit disturbing. I thought I'd post it just to put it out there and see what anyone had to say. (Sorry about the all-caps.)
