This morning, I woke up feeling kind of queasy and discombobulated. Took a while to get myself going. I hope I'm okay because it's St. Patrick's Day, possibly my favorite holiday of the year, and I want to be able to booze it up and eat corned beef at Donovan's later. (That's the restaurant my family goes to for St. Patrick's Day every year.)

Work has been very busy but I was able to run out and catch a glimpse of the parade. The crowds were madness, marching bands everywhere from obscure midwestern towns, cops in kilts, and annoying drunken teens, but I love the St. Paddy's Day parade and it's a beautiful day for it! I haven't been able to go since 2002 so that was nice. It's just not St. Paddy's till I've heard bagpipes.
