help?

I took a tiny video with my camera phone and I'd like to use it as a userpic. It's in .3gp format (plays on Quicktime and Real Player) and it needs to be converted to something compatible with LJ, like .gif, .jpg, or .png. Does anyone know how to do that?

P.S. Okay, I've had someone convert it to a .mov. Any way that can be made into a .gif?
