I am a sweater. A Scottish sweater!

You Are an Argyle Sweater

You are contemplative, brainy, and serious.

You don't take much lightly - life is too important for that.

You are a very determined person. You don't let anything stand in your way.

You think out your actions and act deliberately. You don't waste time, money, or resources.

Omnivore's 100

Wow, I've eaten quite a lot of random stuff! I may have even eaten some of the things I haven't bolded here and just not remember. Like black pudding and frog's legs -- I have certainly had opportunities to try them, but don't distinctly remember having done so. As for crossing things out...well there's very little, if anything, I wouldn't consider eating at least just to try.

1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.
4) Optional extra: Post a comment here at www.verygoodtaste.co.uk linking to your results.

Book thingy

Because I want to show you all how I am possibly the worst-read English major ever. If anyone particularly recommends any of these that I don't have bolded or italicized, do tell. I don't even know what some of them are about.

The Big Read reckons that the average adult has only read 6 of the top 100 books they've printed.
1) Look at the list and bold those you have read.
2) Italicize those you intend to read.
3) Underline the books you LOVE.
4) Reprint this list in your own LJ so we can try and track down these people who've read 6 and force books upon them ;-) Read more... )

Icon meme

From [livejournal.com profile] osito71: an icon meme, in which I talk about the little picture boxes that represent me in this crazy internet world. I don't know how to wrap words around images like he did, but this will have to do. Now on with the iconage. )
